FAQ
Q: Is everything you make generated by AI?
A: Not at all. If a great idea requires handmade claymation, we do handmade claymation. If it calls for an epic live-action shoot in a muddy field at sunrise, we’ll be there with bells and boots on. AI helps us go faster, explore more, and automate the grunt work, but it doesn’t replace human judgment, taste, or weird late-night flashes of brilliance. We use the best tool for the job, full stop.
Q: So what exactly is AI’s role in your work?
A: AI is our creative speed-boosting, idea-surfacing, grunt-work-slaying sidekick. It helps us write, visualize, and iterate faster than ever, but everything still goes through human brains, guts, and final say. Think of AI as the jetpack, not the pilot.
Q: Can I choose how much AI is used on my project?
A: Absolutely. Some clients are curious and want to experiment. Others want to keep it classic with zero AI in the mix. Either way, we’ll tailor the approach to fit the brief, the brand, and your comfort zone.
Q: Will this stuff even feel human?
A: More than ever, actually. Ironically, having AI take care of the soulless stuff lets our team focus harder on the parts that do have soul. We spend more time fine-tuning the voice, crafting story, and pushing for that spark of originality, aka the stuff you can’t automate.
Q: Are you just two guys pressing buttons?
A: We wish. It’d be less exhausting. But no, we’re a hands-on crew with decades of real-world experience in creative, strategy, and tech. The AI is powerful, but we’re the ones training it, steering it, questioning it, and sometimes telling it to sit this one out.
Q: Can you still do big-budget, traditional work?
A: Of course. We've done it for global brands for years. Our new model just means we can also work faster, leaner, and in more experimental ways while still knowing how to pull off the Super Bowl spot, the flagship rebrand, or the ambitious content series when it calls for it.
/ / HOW IT WORKS
Q: How do we get started working with you?
A: Easy. Start with a conversation. We’ll ask a few questions, maybe throw out a few half-decent ideas, and if it feels like a fit, we’ll shape a proposal around what you actually need (not just what we want to sell). No pressure. No 100-slide decks.
Q: Are you a production company, a tech company, or an agency?
A: We’re a little bit of all three — but mostly, we’re creative problem-solvers with a custom-built toolkit. We write, direct, design, develop, ideate, strategize, and yes, occasionally blow things up (creatively).
Q: Who exactly is doing the work?
A: Us, and sometimes a small trusted crew of collaborators. When AI helps, we use it. When it’s useless, we don’t. You’re not being handed off to a mystery team on another continent. You’re working with seasoned humans, end to end.
Q: Can you work with our in-house team or agency?
A: Totally. We play well with others, whether that’s fitting into a larger ecosystem, filling a gap, or tag-teaming a pitch. We’re collaborative by design and not trying to steal your client/favorite producer/dog.
/ / PRICING + SCOPE
Q: Is this going to cost less because of the AI?
A: Usually, yes, because we can move faster and more efficiently. But we’re not racing to the bottom. You’re still paying for creative thinking, taste, experience and the stuff AI can’t fake. We’ll always be transparent about where your budget’s going and what you’re getting.
Q: Do you offer retainers or project pricing?
A: Both. Some clients want a one-off piece of content or a campaign. Others want us on speed dial for everything from strategy to daily content needs. We’re flexible, as long as there’s mutual clarity (and respect for deadlines, ideally).
Q: Can we see your pricing upfront?
A: We don’t have a one-size-fits-all rate card, but we’ll send you a clear proposal with tiered options based on what you need. And if you’re in beta with us, rates are heavily discounted while we build out our platform.
/ / CREATIVE OUTPUT
Q: Can you still make big, beautiful brand films?
A: Hell yes. AI doesn’t mean it’s all Midjourney memes and deepfaked voiceovers. We still concept, script, direct, shoot and post, whether that’s a 30-second anthem or a full-blown mini-doc. The bar for quality hasn’t dropped, it’s been raised.
Q: What if we want something weird, niche, or totally handmade?
A: Even better. We love a creative curveball. If the idea needs puppets, we’ll find a puppet guy. If it needs a surreal interactive map built in Unity, we’ll find that person too. Our default setting is to solve the problem in the most memorable way possible.
Q: Will the final product feel like “AI content”?
A: Only if that’s the look you’re after. We can make work that feels hyper-digital or shockingly analog. Our job is to shape the output to match your brand, not to show off the tech. You shouldn’t even notice the tools unless we want you to.
/ / AI ETHICS + TRANSPARENCY
Q: What’s your stance on AI ethics and copyright?
A: Simple: we don’t steal. We don’t use shady datasets. We don’t pass off AI-generated ideas as human-made masterpieces. Everything we use is custom-trained, licensed, or legally cleared. And if something’s AI-assisted, we’ll tell you. No smoke and mirrors.
Q: Will our data or briefs be used to train your AI tools?
A: Nope. Your work stays your work. We don’t feed your data into open models or use it to train anything without explicit permission. Your secrets are safe here.
Q: How many more FAQ’s are there? This seems a bit like overkill.
A: Just one more.
Q: Can it be over already?
A: Okay.
